Position Description: The person in this role will assist the administration and finance department of the organization. He/Her will work in close coordination with the Admin and Finance Coordinator to ensure the effective implementation of financial management systems and administrative procedures within the organization. The person will be in charge of administrative, HR, and logistics aspects of project implementation. This role is responsible for maintaining payments, providing procurement support, managing HR records, and handling office administration.

Degree- +2 completed or Bachelor Running
Type- Full-time
Report To- Admin and Finance Coordinator
Experience- at least 1 year experience or fresher can apply
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum academic qualification: +2 completed or Bachelor’s degree ongoing
Must verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
Basic knowledge of budgeting, finance, or administration is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

- Budget Planning and Execution
- Assist in preparing and executing project budgets in coordination with the
- Executive Board, Admin & Finance Coordinator, and secretariat team.
- Financial Compliance
- Ensure timely collection and proper documentation of all financial records
- including contracts, bills, and receipts.
- Support and assist to train field and secretariat staff on financial guidelines and
- compliance.
- Account Maintenance
- Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions (income and
- expenditure) in both digital and physical formats.
- Office Administration
- Distribute salaries to project and field staff in a timely manner.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and oversee asset and equipment logs.
- Representation and Coordination
- Represent the organization at external meetings, workshops, and events as
- assigned.
- Build and maintain communication with partner organizations, donors, and
- government offices.
- Support coordination with local and national stakeholders as needed.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other administrative or financial tasks as directed by the Executive
- Board or Admin & Finance Coordinator.
